Low to High Cable Crossover
The low to high cable crossover is an excellent isolation exercise for the chest which focuses on the upper chest. The benefits of using cables instead of dumbbells is you get constant tension throughout the whole movement.
How to do a Low to High Cable Crossover
- Set the two pulleys set in the bottom position
- Hold the handles with your your palms facing forward and your upper arms (humerus) at about a 30 degree angle away from your sides.
- Using your upper chest to pull your arms up and in so them come together around the height of your nose.
The path of the handles will draw an upside-down V. Do every rep in a slow and controlled way and don't use momentum.
